Feeling sad or anxious due to low self-esteem, relationship issues, family conflict or career hurdles? Decreased your self-care and isolated yourself from peer/familial support? Having a hard time processing past trauma and life’s current stressors? I am available to help you during this difficult time. I provide a safe and healthy space to address difficult thoughts, emotions and behaviors by using a strengths based and person-centered approach. I believe that we all know what is best for our own lives, and sometimes we just need unbiased, professional support to guide us through our journey towards a more positive, happy life.

Seeking therapy is brave and you should be proud of showing up for yourself.

Have you been asking yourself “who am I?” or trying to discover where you fit in? Are you noticing opportunities for growth in your life and could use motivation? Have you recently been navigating major life changes, such as a divorce, graduation, changes in relationships, or childbirth? Re-evaluating your self esteem? Having difficulty finding self-care that works for you or keeping it a priority? Are you seeking a space to process your unfiltered thoughts and feelings free from judgment? Perhaps you might be looking to learn how to name some of your complex emotions or how to explain your needs to others.
I have a passion for working with youth and young adults, couples, individuals or family members affected by substance use, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and populations with minimal representation. The work is not always easy, but it is worth it. It would be an honor to bring my professional experience and education to you at The Safe Space Therapy.
Life happens and I love to curate a safe space for clients to be their authentic selves and begin the work to adapt to these unexpected (or expected) events. Not sure if you are ready? Let’s discuss what could be stopping you from being an even better version of yourself. Your wellness starts from within.
